經(jīng)買賣雙方確認(rèn)，同意按照下列條款，由買方購(gòu)進(jìn)，賣方售出下列商品，特訂立本合同：(This contract is made by and between the Buyers and the Sellers,whereby the Buyers agree to buy and the Sellers agree to sell the under-mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below)：

風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示：

要求商家在訂購(gòu)合同上注明產(chǎn)品的品牌、型號(hào)、單價(jià)、數(shù)量，品牌型號(hào)必須是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用名，不能產(chǎn)生歧義，前后名稱必須保持一致;在標(biāo)注產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量時(shí)，最好將產(chǎn)品的平米數(shù)和片數(shù)都標(biāo)注清楚，方便驗(yàn)貨時(shí)核對(duì)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量。

另外，標(biāo)的物必須是合法物品，違法則合同無(wú)效。

3、包裝和嘜頭：每件貨物上標(biāo)志毛重、凈重、編號(hào)、尺碼、目的口岸，原產(chǎn)地并列明下列嘜頭(Packing and shipping Mark: Each Package shall be stencilled with gross and net weights ,package number Measurement ,port of Destination , country of origin and the following shipping mark)：

風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示：

運(yùn)輸方式一般由需方提出，也可協(xié)商約定運(yùn)輸方式、運(yùn)輸路線、運(yùn)輸工具?？偟囊笫沁\(yùn)費(fèi)低、運(yùn)速快、貨物安全到達(dá)。

注意，要明確約定如果由于供方原因，選擇了不合理的運(yùn)輸路線和工具，由此造成的損失，就承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。

此外，運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用的負(fù)擔(dān)，應(yīng)結(jié)合貨物價(jià)款考慮，要明確約定清楚，以避免爭(zhēng)議。

信用證項(xiàng)下：買方接到賣方根據(jù)第十三條規(guī)定所發(fā)出的裝運(yùn)通知后，在裝船前天內(nèi)，開出與合同總值等值的以賣方為受益人的不可撤消的即期信用證。(Under Letter of Credit: The Buyers upon receipt from the Sellers of the delivery advice specified in Clause 13 hereof .shall days prior to the date of delivery. Open an irrevocable letter Of credit at sight with in favor of the Sellers ,for the total value of shipment. )

直接付款：買方收到賣方根據(jù)第十條規(guī)定所發(fā)出的裝船單據(jù)后天內(nèi)，將貨款電匯或信匯給賣方。(By Direct Remittance: Payment shall be effected by the Buyers ,by T/T or M/T, with in days after receipt from the Sellers of the shipping documents specified in Clause 10 hereof .)
